Order of Business

A. Call to order @ 6:00 P.M.

B.  Information presented on, and public discussion of, proposed Amendments to Chapter 5 of the Manitowish Waters Comprehensive Plan. Public participation is encouraged.  The purpose of the proposed amendments to the Plan text is to add language relating to farmland preservation and Wisconsin’s 2009 Act 28 Farmland Preservation Program.  It is expected that a Public Hearing on any such proposed amendments will be held January 2025, and any change in language must be adopted by the Planning Commission by resolution, and the Town Board by ordinance.
