The March 19, 2019 Special Town Meeting of Electors, which adopted Resolution #3-19 was attended by 135 qualified voters. In effort to comply with Wisconsin State Statue, the meeting listed above will need to be attended by a minimum of 135 people. Please come out and support your local Volunteer Fire Co.
The Town Board of Manitowish Waters is calling a Special Meeting of Electors for the purpose of:
- Reconsider Resolution #3-19, authorizing the Town Board of the Town of Manitowish Waters to construct a new Fire Station to be located at 5797 Highway 51 in Manitowish Waters, Wisconsin, for an amount not to exceed $2,496,848.00.
- Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Town Board of the Town of Manitowish Waters to construct a new Fire Station to be located at 5797 Highway 51 in Manitowish Waters, Wisconsin, for an amount not to exceed $2,796,848.00.
The Town Clerk shall properly post or publish this resolution as required under Wis. Stat. §60.80, within 30 days of the above noted adoption date.
